i am a happie girl today!! Kekekeke..
my dad praised my cooking!!! for the 1st time!!
made jiu ceng gao ( this rainbow-coloured nonya kueh.. can tear off piece by piece wan) today..
my dad says i can make the kueh n sell it liao.. HEhehe
me fly to the sky liao..
of coz in front of him i have to stay calm.. n pretend that my kueh is normal.. mus be humble mah.. cannot too hao lian hehehe
but it made my day :")
i am bringing a box for my teammates 2mr during trg..promise peiying that i will make it for her ( she better see this!! XP)
my fried mars bars was a success too!! made it yest.
it was kinda on impulse.
bought all the ingredients.. was set to make it on another day..
but couldn't wait HeheHe

n when u put the whole piece of fried mars bars in ur mouth..
the melted choco n caramel jus oozed out..gosh..
would have been better if there's vanilla ice cream ( my fave!!) to go with..

rem the first thing we had when we 1st went out was fried mars bars..
they have it at far east B1.. besides the shilin snacks..
it was super goodie.. both of us jus concetrate on chewing the mars bars hahahaha
thgh it was unhealthy.. fattening.. heaty.. but wadever ..we din care..
it's good to indulge in good food occasionally :") mayb not really occasionally ahhaha
thgh i din eat it again after that..
was surprised to find the recipe online.. hahhaaha
wanted to make some for my team..but we only get to eat it after trg
n it's better to eat it when it's hot n crispy..later cold then nua nua.. not nice liao..
mayb wait till some other gatherings in some peeps'hse.. then can make again..
anyway it's pretty simple..
