Getting gymified..haha :"]
luv the music there..(that's y i dun wear earphones while watching the tv on treadmill.. n pls arh.. i am not mouth-reading kae.. hahha jus that i preferred the music that's all :) )
realised that i dun really watch the tv when i am on the treadmill..
find it a little giddy to be staring dwnwards.. preferred to look forward..
plus can see my own reflection in the glass panel..Hehehe ( this is not zi lian okae)
was surprised to see zhui on duty for the 2nd day straight haha..
Is goin to gym alone really that boring?? Hehehehe..
coz a few pple asked me that..
for me i don't think so..
sometimes i kind of enjoy it :)
coz the only time u get to tok with frens is when u are catching ur breath or resting between exercises.. which is minimal..
plus usually even if u are with frens u tend to still go ahead to do ur own set of exercises.. it's not like everyone will do the same..
so i don't mind goin alone.. hahha
it's jus like watching movie alone.. i tried it before..once.. hahaha thot it'll be fun..
jus find urself a seat. armed with a popcorn n drink.. then it's movietime..
i still rem. that time was during the A n O level's exam period..
so there's only like 5 peeps in the whole cinema including me..
it feels good to sort of have the whole cinema to myself ( i mean treating the other 4 to be invisible :P)
but it was freaking freaking COLD!! Plus mus find the correct timing to chew on the popcorn .. which is during action pacts scenes.. if not it's quite paiseh to hear the 'eating- popcorn' sound during quieter scenes..hahahaha
back to the gym Hehehe..( i divert quite easily.. :P)
tried all my fav machines..
the abs.. the seated leg press.. the back extension..
the one luv-ed most is the TOrso!!
it's SUPER SHIOK! the feeling arh.. kaoz.. Hehehe
ohh DK Keith Audy were there too.. so qiao..
DK mentioned that the hips abducion machine quite obscene.. coz the legs mus open big big n close back .. so it's a repetitive action.. but it's effective! it works on the thighs n butt area..
think girls will luv that machine..
me n audy became their guinea pigs la.. coz zhui n the rest were coming up with the set of ex we can do in the gym..
so we had to test it out.. nv lift so many weights in my whole life..
can feel a bit of the ache now..but i like the suan suan the feeling hahaa
was taking train home frm cityhall..
kind of wondering y the train operation was stopped temp..
then i saw the news when i reached home..
gosh.. y pple like to fall onto our train tracks??
lucky i din go home immediately after lunch.. if not most likely i will be on the train that hit him?? ewww.. shivers..

had my virgin mahjong session yest!! at peiling's hse..
it was mahjong 101 hahaha aka. MJ 101
was there to watch teckwee william audy n peiling show their skills.
thgh i noe a bit of the basic. but i sure need to pay additional "course fees" if i play with them..
all the lao jiao.. hahhaaha
but it was fun to chap ji kar when peiling went for toilet breaks hahhaa.. played for a few rounds.. fun n mind-blogging.. i like..
plus not my money mah Hehehehehe..
best of all the mahjong session comes in a package!! Hehehe
peiling's mum cooked lunch for us!!
SUPER nice!!! she fast fast can whip up a few dishes.. impressed sia..
besides that virgin mahjong session with them..
we had virgin KTV session!!!

damn hilarious to be with teckwee n peiling lar..ultimate jokers sia..
sing until quite shiok..not enuff after 4 hrs hahaha wan more!!
thgh we kena 'cheated' $24 for a jug of lemon tea?!!!
i think coz xmas mah.. that's y more exp.. but still it's super ex..
had fun so nvm hahaha.
